Social engagement is a progressive mental health intervention. The program helps individuals to overcome anxious social avoidance – prevalent in multiple mental health conditions.
Developed by Oxford VR clinicians, social engagement translates evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) through immersive VR environments. Read more here.
