- Mute things that are triggering anxiety
Limit how much time you spend reading the news, ideally to just once a day and not right before bed.
- Stay connected
Stay connected with your loved ones – use technology to video call your family and friends.
- Down time
Exercise, eat well, stay hydrated and maintain a regular sleep routine.
- De-clutter your mind
Create a ‘to do list’ and slowly work through it. Write down any worries you may have.
- Educate
Sign up to free courses or webinars around topics that interest you. Start a new hobby or pick up an old one.
